Deposit Required

• Please book your charters early to allow time for planning your perfect day.
• A 30% deposit is required at time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

• If you need to cancel your charter, 2 weeks notice is required to have full deposit returned.
• Bad weather cancellation: For your safety, cancellation due to bad weather is at the discretion of the Captain. Deposit will be refunded if you do not wish to reschedule.

Rules Aboard Ship

• Proper attire is expected (i.e. boating shoes, sneakers, or non-skid shoes.
• Guests must drink responsibly and maintain safety of other guests and crew.
• Guests must follow the direction of the Captain or crew when moving around and throughout the vessel.
